Order Idaho Birth Certificate By Mail:

After making an online request, one must fax a photocopy of a valid photo identification.
The valid photo identifications are the following:
● Driver’s license
● State issued ID card
● Copy of US passport
● Military or Tribunal ID
● Voter’s ID
● SSS ID

Idaho Replacement Birth Certificate Fees:
With regards to the fees, one will be charge $13 for the state fee. But for online request, an additional charge will apply. The Vital check’s fee will be $10.50. Overnight shipping of documents may vary from time to time. So therefore, it is very important to call the Idaho Bureau of Vital Records and Health Statistics before the submitting any application to verify if changes have been made with regards to the fees. Payment can be in the form of money order and manager’s check made out to “Vital Records”. And if you want to expedite the service, you must pay an additional fee.
