In Missouri the State Department of Health and Senior Services can replace your birth certificate if you’ve misplaced it. Missouri maintains a central registry of birth, detal and fetal deaths from January 1, 1910 to present. Much like the state of Arizona, replacement birth certificates in Missouri are not public record and can only be obtained by the individual, guardian or other legal party. You can obtain a copy of your birth certificate in person and online.
